Our core exper­ti­se includes the deve­lo­p­ment of PU foam solu­ti­ons tail­o­red to the spe­ci­fic needs of our cus­to­mers. In so doing, we clo­se­ly col­la­bo­ra­te with them to make every solu­ti­on a per­fect fit. Bes­i­des ensu­ring tech­ni­cal fea­si­bi­li­ty, defi­ning the indi­vi­du­al pro­ces­sing steps is a key pre­re­qui­si­te to deli­ve­ring our pro­ducts with maxi­mum cost-effec­ti­ve­ness. The­se cor­ner­sto­nes ensu­re our con­tin­ued suc­cess and inform the actu­al work on the shop flo­or, which invol­ves deve­lo­p­ment of our cut­ting pro­grams for con­tou­red and three-dimen­sio­nal items but also design and fabri­ca­ti­on of tools for various other appli­ca­ti­ons.

Our cus­to­mers can actively con­tri­bu­te to any pro­cess step pri­or to actu­al foam con­ver­si­on so as to make sure that pro­ducts always respond to spe­ci­fic needs and requi­re­ments.


New pro­duc­tion pro­ces­ses

Bes­i­des con­cei­ving inno­va­ti­ve solu­ti­ons upon cus­to­mer request, we con­ti­nuous­ly stri­ve to deve­lop new foam con­ver­si­on methods and/or to impro­ve exis­ting pro­ces­ses. This approach con­sis­t­ent­ly shor­tens cycle times and dri­ves down our cost base.
